Capacity Building - Unlocking the potential of our people to serve the community and humanity

As we envision our future, we realise that we can only achieve our ambitious community goals through creating highly capable, able and strategic leaders.

The aim is to help to train and develop a new generation of leaders; to shape a model of positive leadership which engages both our cultural heritage and the modern society we live in. We seek individuals who are passionate about improving themselves.

Just as a flower grows from planting a see in fertile soil and regular watering, leaders emerge through seeking, encouraging and nurturing the appropriate people. Allah (SWT) has given us on trust (amanah) range of capabilities; it is our responsibility to enhance these to fulfil Allah’s will on this earth.
