The Central Health Board (CHB) Elects New Board Members for 2007-10 – Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

New team, new spirit, new ideas – this is what the newly elected Board of The Central Health Board (CHB) is all about. The new Board Members will serve on the CHB for the term 2007 – 2010.

CHB Vision Statement:

  • To raise the health awareness in our community to a higher level by means of effective and proactive self-management principles of healthcare.
  • To sensitize the community through education, screening and promoting basic preventive healthcare programs in order to achieve optimum levels of health and well being.
  • To develop and establish a solid and reliable structure of the Board including its functions with the aim and objective of sustaining medium and long term development of the healthcare of the community.
