Students Directory Acceptable use Policy
Users may only use the system to request for advice or information
(other than personal information) from other users. Misuse of the
system is forbidden and appropriate measures will be taken to stop
such users abusing the system.
In registering to use the Students Directory on the World
Federation website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and
conditions. Please read them carefully and ensure you understand them
fully before clicking on the ACCEPT button. If you do not agree then
click DECLINE AND EXIT

By submitting your details, you are sharing this information with other
users, and may be contacted by them either via contact details, which you
have chosen to provide.

The Students Directory has been created for users to contact one another
purely for the purpose of advise, exchanging information about academics and
share experiences whilst at school or university.

The World Federation explicitly prohibits the use of their search
facilities for use other than those described in 2 above.

However, the Students Directory disclaimers all responsibility from any
emails sent from one user to the other and cannot be held responsibly for any
such communications.

Users understand that all contents in the email are the sole responsibility of
the person from which such content originated. Users understand that by
registering
with the Students Directory, you may be exposed to content that
use
might find objectionable. Under no circumstances will the World Federation
be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, for any
errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind
incurred
as a result of the use of any content emailed to another user.

Any information obtained through this service must be used for bona fide
purposes.
Spamming, bulk mailing, soliciting of funds, harassing other members, use of
inappropriate language and other unsociable conduct is strictly forbidden and
not
limited to the above mentioned, and doing so will result in a suspension of
your
membership.

The Students Directory Management team will investigate any complaints
received
in connection with a particular user and appropriate action will be taken at
the
discretion of the team.

No right of appeal exists after the Students Directory Team has made its
decision but the matter can be referred to the CETAB Board of the
World-Federation.

All details submitted will made available to the World Federation for use at
their
sole discretion

None of the information you have provided will be sold, traded or other
imparted
to third parties subject to (8) above.

The Students Directory can, at any time and without explanation refuse you
access to this service if it so decides.
