IMAN Hosts Community Iftaar – Seattle, Washington

The Ithna-Asheri Muslim Association of the Northwest (IMAN) is hosting “Sharing the Blessings of Ramadan”, a community Iftaar, on Saturday, 13 September 2008 in gratitude and appreciation of life. 

In addition to enjoying a delicious meal at the newly remodeled center, this event will be an opportunity for fellowship between members of various (Muslim and non-Muslim) communities in the Greater Seattle area where participants will learn and share information on Ramadan and about Islam.  

From RSVPs received so far the IMAN community is expecting a very good turn indicating the desire of many in the Greater Seattle area to learn more about Islam and Muslims and to build bridges across faith lines.
