Lawyers and Professionals requested to assist in writing Islamic Wills

On 15 September 2010 , The World Federation issued a circular about the making of a Will by a Shia Muslim. The circular can be accessed here.
The WF has received many queries and questions from various individuals wishing to make a Will in accordance with Shia principles. It proposes to have a pool of lawyers – Muslim and non-Muslim – to assist individuals wanting to prepare a Will according to Shia Muslims to do so. Once a pool is formed, it proposes to have input from experts on the subject with a view to such lawyers being trained to prepare Shia Wills.
