Message from Hilal Committee

Salamun Alaykum,

Today, Thursday 14th of October 2004, being the 29th of Shabaan, the Hilal Sub-Committee, appointed by the Islamic Education Board of the World Federation, met this evening to explore reports, if any, of moon-sighting from around the world.

Based on information received so far tomorrow Friday 15th of October will be the 30th of Shabaan and the Holy month of Ramadan will Inshallah begin on Saturday 16th October 2004 according to criteria of Ayatullah Seestani.

Please remember us in your prayers during this Holy month. May the Almighty accept all our Amaals.
