The World Federation in partnership with CoEJ holds Islamic Art Workshops at Dar al Tableegh

On 26 and 27 April 2008, The World Federation in partnership with The Council of European Jamaats held a two day training workshop on Islamic Art. The sessions were conducted at Dar al Tableegh by Sister Salva Rasool of Mumbai.
 
A total of 21 people attended the workshop on both days. Participants were given an overview of the different styles of Islamic Art and the techniques associated with it including paints, sprays, glass painting and pot work.



Participants were then able to create their own pieces of art using tiles and pots.
 
Participants commented that the event was 'Excellent', 'Enjoyable', 'Highly Recommended' and 'Good Value'.
