Haiti Relief Fund 2010: Husseini youth rise for Haiti – Orlando, Florida

‘OUR HUMANITARIAN DUTY’ – this is the drive with which the youth of the Husseini Islamic Centre (HIC) of Orlando are collecting basic provisions for, for the people of Haiti. 1400 years later, the heart of Imam Husayn (AS) continues to beat in those communities who uphold the values of humanity.

The HIC youths are collecting canned foods, blankets and money for the earthquake victims of Haiti. These items will be given to a local not-for-profit organisation who will arrange to send them to the affected region on their behalf.

Donations will be collected until the end of the month of Safar 1431.
