Abu al-Tufayl narrated, ‘Ali (AS) bought a gown, which he liked, so he gave it away in charity. He said, ‘I heard the Prophet (S) saying, ‘When a man places others before himself, Allah, the Exalted, will place him (before others) in Paradise.
One-third of the world is well fed.
One-third is under-fed.
One-third is starving.
The Ramadhan Relief Programme is built on the spirit of giving and to this end, volunteers provide vital support in the success of this annual initiative. Placing the needs of others before our own is the golden bridge that connects us to our creator in this great month. Already, countless volunteers have been and continue to work around the clock to identify individuals and families in need of aid, purchase food rations, pack and distribute food parcels, cook meals, and much more.
The World Federation of KSIMC is pleased to launch this year’s Ramadhan Relief Fund (RRF) 1431 in partnership with The Africa Federation, The Council of European Jamaats (CoEJ), and the North American Shia Ithna-asheri Muslim Communities Organisation (NASIMCO) to raise funds to provide food parcels, Iftaars, paying of debts and cash gifts to the underprivileged during the month of Ramadhan.
VOLUNTEERS WANTED
Without volunteers helping out in different ways, the Ramadhan Relief Programme would collapse. The World Federation of KSIMC is looking for volunteers from various Jamaats and Centres around the world to help us raise funds and awareness about the Ramadhan Relief Fund in your communities. So many of our brothers and sisters living in hardship are depending on your help.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
You can support this Fund by holding various fundraising events, for example. Whether you are an individual, a family, a youth group, a Jamaat, a Madrasah, or a school, your support will alleviate the pains of thousands this Ramadhan, especially the orphans, seniors, widows and the disabled.

The World Federation will provide you with a Volunteer Pack containing all the information and resources you will need to raise funds.
