Every year, in the beginning of the second term, the Husayni Madrasah Boys’ Section organizes ‘Parent – Teacher Conference’.  The overarching objective of the conference is to enable parents and teachers to meet and discuss any matters they have regarding the students’ academic performance, intrapersonal & interpersonal skills and general behaviour in the Madrasah.

The teachers, ready with sets of mark-sheets, comment-sheets and report cards, were ardently waiting for the parents in the Bab ul Ilm Auditorium on Sunday 27th July 2008 from 10:30 AM.

A number of parents trickled in early within the first hour, meeting each subject teacher, members of the administration as well as the discipline section. They engaged in interactive discussions and exchanged useful feedback regarding their children and the Madrasah in general.

The second hour saw an influx of parents, some accompanied by their children and the auditorium became a vibrant place of affable encounters.

A number of Madrasah volunteers were also present at the event to assist in facilitation of the event.

The constructive meeting between parents, students and teachers sets the basis for a successful and optimistic Madrasah year.
