The World Federation’s 2009 Yearly Planners are now ready for distribution. Copies of the calendar will be posted to all individuals currently registered on the The World Federation’s mailing list.
Those individuals who are not on the mailing list and would also like a copy sent to them, are kindly requested to click here to register their details
Additional Planners will be mailed to all Jamaats and Organisations for the convenience of their members.

Usage Instructions
Outlook (Windows)

Save the Electronic Year Planner on your PC where you can find it easily.

Load up Microsoft Outlook™.

Go to File > Import/Export.

Choose Import an iCalendar or vCalendar (.vcs) .

Browse to the file you saved earlier and click Next.

All of the dates in the Electronic Year Planner 2009 are now in your calendar.
iCal (Mac)

Click this download.
-
Save the file.

All of the dates in the Electronic Year Planner 2009 are now in your calendar.
Microsoft Entourage for OS X
- Save the Electronic Year Planner on your PC where you can find it easily.
- Click on the downloaded file while holding down the Control key.
When the pop-up menu appears, click Get Info.
- In the Info window, choose the Open with option, then browse to the location on your hard drive where the Entourage program is located.
When you find the program, double-click on it to select it. (The program is probably located in your hard drive's Applications folder).
- Close the Info window.
- Double-click on downloaded file to import into Entourage. Entourage will first open the calendar items, and then import them.
Lotus Notes
- Save the Electronic Year Planner on your PC where you can find it easily.
- Drag the downloaded file on to you Lotus Notes Calendar.
- When prompted choose the calendar and import all.
- All of the dates in the Electronic Year Planner 2008 are now in your calendar.
