In accordance with Clause 20.2 of the Constitution, formal notice is hereby given that by the closing date of 6 August 2003, the Secretariat has received the following two nominations for the Office of The President of The World Federation for the next term of three years, 2003 – 2006.

All members are hereby requested to organise an election amongst its membership and to submit to the Secretariat (for the attention of Returning Officers) by 12 September 2003, the exact number of votes cast by their bonafide registered members, giving a breakdown of the exact number of votes cast in respect of each candidate.
