The World Federation of KSIMC and Al-Khoei Foundation attended the 25th Session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva to highlight the rise of religious intolerance and its various manifestations,. As an International NGO with consultative status to ECOSOC of the United Nations, The World Federation of KSIMC is perfectly placed to discuss violations of human rights. Among the various flagrant violations of human rights, the rise of religious intolerance encompasses the issues that our civil society cares deeply about.
Pakistan Genocide Appeal: 25 sewing machines gifted to victim families to start small businesses – Pakistan
In March 2013, The World Federation launched the ‘Pakistan Genocide Appeal’ to raise awareness about and donations to care for victims and families of targeted killings in Pakistan. Wounded victims and grief-stricken families of those killed need support. Donations are used to cover a range of costs including medical treatments, ambulance charges, medicine, food, education and microfinance programs.

CoEJ launches Internal Mediation Service
We at the Council of European Jamaats (CoEJ), take pleasure in informing you of the work we are doing in terms of setting up the CoEJ Internal Mediation Service. This is an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provision – seeking to help resolve interpersonal disputes between people within any of our member jamaats. An interpersonal dispute is a relationship driven conflict between two or more people.
Volunteer for the Stanmore Jaffery’s tube collection!
The Stanmore Jaffery's Tube Collection is back once again! On Thursday 24 April 2014 we're inviting the community to collect money at several Zone 1 and 2 tube stations in London order to raise funds for The World Federation Ali Asghar Water Appeal. All funds raised through this appeal will be used to provide clean water and sanitation to some of the poorest communities in Pakistan. In particular, funds raised through this tube collection will be used to restore handpumps and build new wells.
AFED delegation visits Madagascar, Reunion and Mauritius Islands
Momentous and breathtaking occasion marks the Africa Federation delegation marathon seven days visit to Madagascar, Reunion and Mauritius Islands in March, 2014. The delegation was led by the Africa Federation Chairman, Alhaj Anwarali Dharamsi who was joined by the AFED Vice Chairman and Chairman of Conseil Régional Des Khojas Shia Ithna-Asheri Jamates De L’ océan Indien (CROI), Alhaj Navazaly Molou. The delegation included the AFED Hon. Secretary, Alhaj Aunali Khalfan, the Hon. Treasurer, Alhaj Mohamed Hemani and AFTAB Chairman, Seyed Hassan Naqvi.
