Africa Federation Chairman Inaugurates The Al Qa’eem Residency In Arusha

The Opening Ceremony of the “Al Qa’eem Residency” – the Africa Federation Housing Project in Arusha was held on Sunday 7th September 2014 coinciding with the occasion of the birth anniversary of the 8th Imam (A.S.).

The Building located on Plot 9 Jacaranda Road, Arusha city centre in Tanzania is a eight storey building which consists of 24 flats (each floor has two flats of 2 bedrooms and one flat of 3 bedrooms), a spacious covered terrace for events and two shops outlets on the ground floor for renting out.

The Ceremony was attended by the Africa Federation Chairman Alhaj Anwarali Dharamsi, the Hon Secretary Alhaj Aunali Khalfan, AFED Past Chairman Alhaj Ramzan Nanji from Nairobi, Alhaj Gulamali Virjee of Dubai, Arusha Jamaat President Alhaj Gulamhussein Mukhtar and AFED Housing Board Chairman Alhaj Akil Hirji.
