About the Role

The Coordinator – Impact & Capacity Building will play a key role in strengthening the quality of education across WF-supported schools and educational initiatives in India. The position focuses on teacher professional development, school quality improvement, impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, and supporting the strategic development of educational programmes, including the relaunch of HA&LS School in Mumbai.

The successful candidate will work closely with school leaders, teachers, partner organisations, and the WF Education Team to drive measurable improvements in teaching quality, student outcomes, and institutional effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Capacity Building & Teacher Development
• Design and deliver teacher training and CPD for partner schools.
• Support educators in adopting effective teaching methodologies, assessment practices, and classroom management strategies.
• School Quality Improvement
• Conduct regular school evaluations and quality assurance reviews.
• Identify areas for improvement and support schools in implementing development plans
• Impact Assessment & Monitoring
• Develop and implement tools and frameworks for measuring educational impact.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret school performance data, including student learning outcomes and institutional effectiveness. Provide recommendations for improvements
• Programme Support & Coordination
• Collaborate closely with KSIJ Mumbai on hiring a qualified team to run HA&LS School, Mumbai.
• Contribute to the design of systems, processes, and governance structures that strengthen school management and sustainability.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare regular progress reports, training summaries, monitoring reports, and impact assessments.
• Maintain accurate programme documentation and records
